IMPORTANT Mandatory Quoting of PAN w.e.f 01st January, 2016

Amendment in rules for Quoting of PAN in various transactions (Rules 114B)

 

Every person shall quote his permanent account number (PAN) in all documents pertaining to the

transactions specified in the attached notification/amendments.

 

Refer to Point No.18 of this amendments is very vide and covered all the transactions of Sale or purchase, by any person, of goods or services of any nature amounting Rs. 2,00,000/-(Rs. Two Lakhs) per transaction.
